When will my bins be washed
In most cases we will visit you on the days when your rubbish is collected. If for any reason we cannot clean your bin(s)on this day, we will call back at the earliest opportunity when the bin(s) are empty.
Which bins do you wash
We will always wash 2 bins. Depending on what bins need washing. We can alternate the cleaning of 2 bins if you are using 3 bins. This may result in us cleaning your second bin the following week if they are emptied on separate weeks.
Unlike other bin cleaning companies, we will only clean the bin(s) once they've been emptied on the correct week. We will not attempt to empty a bin if it has not been emptied by the local refuse collectors.
If you request the food caddy to be washed, this will be washed once a month alongside your wheelie bins.
